What can I expect from Springboard Pilates?
Trying something new can sometimes feel a little daunting, but don’t worry—we’re here to make it a positive experience! At Shape It Up Pilates, our studio is conveniently located in Churchside Arcade, right in the heart of Rugby.
Our Springboard Pilates classes are kept small, with a maximum of 7 people per session. This allows for a personalised and encouraging environment, ensuring you get the support you need to build strength, improve flexibility, and experience the full benefits of Pilates-inspired workouts.
