- Develop your stability and mobility in your Mat classes whilst developing your strength and control with the resistance and support of the Springboard springs
- Benefit from the support and encouragement you will receive during small group sessions
- £16.80 per class

On Demand Library
With every membership, you also get access to our On-Demand Library, packed with 100+ Pilates and Strength Circuit workouts that you can enjoy anytime—whether at home or on the go.
Member Events
We regularly host fun, free member events like Pizza and Pilates, Walk and Cake, and even a 90’s Revival. It’s a great way to connect with other class members and celebrate your progress!
Parking
You can park for free for 2 hours at ASDA, or in any town center car park. Parking is also available around Rugby School and Barby Road.
What is Springboard Pilates?
Springboard Pilates will help you boost your strength by using the resistance and support of the Springboard Springs which are weighted. The weighted springs are used to challenge your muscular strength whilst providing you with a deeper stretch.
Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time, by emailing us at info@shapeituppilates.co.uk
How flexible are these memberships?
You can move your class bookings around, you can freeze your membership twice a year to cover longer holidays or periods of illness.
