Online Strength Circuits - 45 mins

A progressive live, online Strength Training class that is both varied and fun.

Just like all of the Shape It Up classes, your teacher will coach you on how to get the most out of your sessions.

You will build your fitness and strength with varying styles of Resistance Training, using hand held weights, bands and body weight. Your teacher will advise you on when and how to progress.

This class is excellent for heart health, muscular strength and bone density.

Pilates in the Studio - 60 mins

A full body workout focusing on your core strength, balance, posture and flexibility.

A great class for anyone who wants to safely and effectively build their strength.

Every week will be different, using a variety of equipment like Magic Circles, Pilates Balls, Resistance Bands, Loops or Foam Rollers.

Online Pilates - 60 mins

A Pilates class that takes place via Zoom, so you can enjoy a multi-level Pilates workout, in the comfort of your own home.

Just like the Studio classes, your teacher will coach you to achieve the best session for your body.

You will need a mat and ideally a Resistance Band, a Loop Band and a Pilates Ball.

You can purchase these items online or from Shape It Up Pilates.

Aging Strong - 60 mins

A slower paced Pilates class that focuses on posture, balance, and overall body strength with options in both seated and standing.

If you don’t like to get down on the floor or need a little more support to get back into exercise, this class is for you.

Each week you will work on your breathing, posture, balance and key muscles that help you perform everyday tasks.

Springboard Pilates - 60 mins

The Springboard is a unique piece of Pilates exercise equipment which is wall-mounted with various springs and attachment points.

The springs attached to the Springboard provide you with resistance & smooth support which can help you achieve a deeper stretch and master more challenging exercises, enhancing your overall strength and flexibility.

If you enjoy Pilates and would like to deepen your challenge, these classes are the perfect next choice.

Pilates for Strength, Balance and Alignment - 60 mins

A progression class from Aging Strong.

You will continue to focus on your posture, breathing, balance and strength but in a more challenging format, sometimes working independently in a Circuit style, sometimes as part of the group.

A mixture of standing and floor exercises using a range of Pilates equipment. Your teacher will continue to support, coach and offer alternatives.

Pilates Circuits - 60 mins

A slower paced Pilates class that focuses on posture, balance, and overall body strength with options in both seated and standing.

If you don’t like to get down on the floor or need a little more support to get back into exercise, this class is for you.
