Introducing a five week, small group Yoga Course for Complete Beginners

Please don’t worry, we have everything in place to provide you with full guidance and unwavering support, ensuring that you grasp the techniques and effortlessly tailor the exercises to suit your unique body.

We guarantee: you will look forward to your classes, rather than dread them.

Sometimes, when we start something new, we wonder “will I stick to it?” — we have all been there, starting and not completing something doesn’t feel great. But this is a genuinely accessible, step-by-step introduction to Yoga, suitable for absolute Beginners or those who want to refresh their skills and return to regular Yoga practice.

Nestled in our small, cozy, professional Studio with no more than 12 people in the room, you are going to flourish and embrace the wonderful world of Yoga with confidence.

Intention Behind the Course

Regular Yoga practice can be life-changing and like anything worthwhile, it takes time and practice.

We want you to experience Yoga in a smaller, more intimate setting and return Yoga to its ancient origins of connecting mind, body and spirit.

Our September course will be led by Evelyn. Evelyn has spent time in India training and crafting her Yoga skill, she is deeply embedded in the Yoga technique and is passionate about sharing this with you.
