One To One Pilates
Everybody can benefit from a one to one session, whether you have a specific injury are getting back into exercise or you would like to rebuild your confidence, your teacher can work together with you to help you achieve your goals.
One to One Pilates
Joseph Pilates originally designed his programme to be delivered on a one to one basis, so he could focus on that specific client and tailor the exercises to suit that body.
Following directly in his footsteps your teacher will tailor your session to give you the best workout for your body on that day.
We often use equipment such as the Pilates Reformer and Pilates Chair to highlight weaknesses and challenge your body so you can become stronger and improve your body awareness.
One to One sessions are available between 8.00-9.00am, most afternoons and some evenings. Please see the timetable for available slots.
