On Demand classes is a library of over 200 videos which are a combination of Pilates and Cardio Core workouts. Each session has been separately recorded and based on the following themes:
Full Body Pilates, Upper Body Pilates, Pilates for Lower Body & Spine, The Abdominals Series, Pilates for Beginners, Pilates Express, Cardio Core 40+ and Injury Prevention.

Videos are added at the beginning of each month, the most recent videos are available directly from your account for easy access.

The On Demand Classes are included with every Membership purchased.
