Beginners Pilates WORKSHOP

 If you have never done Pilates before or are returning to exercise after a period of injury, then this is the place to start. Ideal if you have experienced a slipped disc or have had spinal surgery. You will learn how Pilates can help you move more easily.







Pilates Level 2 & 3

The perfect next step after your Beginners workshop or One to One session. These classes take you into stronger exercises with more challenge, using small equipment, such as the small ball, bands, weights, the Magic Circle and the Foam Roller.

Pilates circuits:

A fun and varied Pilates class using small Pilates equipment, the Pilates Reformer and the Pilates Chair to challenge all of your balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility.

Pilates for STRONG BONES

 This is a positive, upbeat class that uses specific elements of Pilates to maintain your bone strength and strengthen all the muscles of your body, from your feet to your head. The Pilates for bone health course is not just for those with Osteoporosis/Osteopenia, but also a preventative measure for all humans. Although we have not changed much physiologically, our lifestyles have changed considerably and we all need more impact and resistance to keep our bones strong. Suitable for everyone. J

12 WEEK HOLISTiC Core Restore - Every Woman

If you are leaking when you sneeze, laugh, cough or just can’t hold on when you need to go to the bathroom then this unique pelvic floor and core course will give you the essential exercises and life skills you need to keep your body strong, well into the future.

This course is also ideal if you have had children, a hysterectomy or a prolapse repair (or have a mild prolapse).

Learn how to help yourself and how to use your core and pelvic floor muscles effectively when you are exercising and with everyday activities. The course includes a detailed an online section with 12 homework workouts plus essential nutritional information. You will also receive your exercise kit which includes,  all of which you keep forever.

The next level from the Every Woman Core Restore Course. Now you know how to co-ordinate your pelvic floor and core with everyday movement, you can challenge your body with this higher intensity class, Holistic Core Restore HEAT. This class will raise your heart rate and work your whole body.

 A unique class that will help to keep you strong and sharp through the Menopause and post Menopause years. You will strengthen your body using your own weight and weighted items, you will build speed and balance, things we might lose as we age. But also include calm and stillness, to promote focus and remove mental clutter.

MOTR classes

The MOTR (Movement on the Roller) is a combination of a Foam Roller and Resistance Bands. It provides you with both challenge for balance and strength but support whilst you are challenging your mobility and stability.

We also have a mixed MOTR and Mat session which is a perfect combination of MOTR and mat exercises.

1-2-1 or duo Pilates & Pilates Reformer

It is advisable to have a 1-2-1 session if you have never done Pilates before or you are recovering from an injury or major surgery.

We take referrals from local Physiotherapists and Osteopaths and can work alongside your therapist to aid your recovery.

You can also share your session with a colleague or partner, with our Duo sessions
