Building and maintaining our bone health, heart health and muscular strength is essential if we want to continuing enjoying this second half of our life.
Cardio Core 40+ offers you a programme with safe impact for our bones, short cardio bursts for our heart and progressive strength exercises for our muscles. Also included is co-ordination and positive coaching for your brain and self-esteem.

The goal is to have a great workout, without exhausting ourselves, so each class is 45 mins long. A team atmosphere, everybody working together to feel great and support each other, with an optional What’s App group so you can ask questions or just share things.
