We all know that exercise, no matter if it’s walking, running, dancing or swimming – the list is endless, is a great way to keep our head and our body feeling and functioning really well.

Researchers found that people who joined in their chosen activity twice a week, saw big gains in their confidence, fitness and overall strength. Published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, the findings reported that the two times a week exercisers had lower risks of heart disease and cancer and lower death rates overall than those who didn’t work out. Those who exercised twice a week literally lived longer!
